I love this cookbook. The information on each food is interesting, but to be honest, it is the recipes I love. I cook from a few dozen cookbooks regularly, and every recipe I have made from this one has immediately gone on the "favourite: make again soon" list. The majority of the books I use I keep in kindle format. I also keep only a few in hard copy, and this book has made that list.
